I contacted this company to get advise on pool heating options last year. I wanted to know honest opinions on what solution was best for me, a heat pump or solar pool heating. Not only were That Pool Heating Company the first to respond ( by several weeks) they were also the only ones who provided genuine advice. They were not pushy and trying to get a sale. From my initial phone conversation with Dee, she went out of her way to give me the information I required, to the two installers we had, their attention to detail was fantastic. I cannot recommend you highly enough. Companies like this deserve to be regonsied for their honesty and integrity. If your looking for pool heating then these are your guys.

I cannot recommend highly enough. These guys have perhaps the best customer service from any business I have dealt with. Nick was super professional and friendly and dealt with my follow up questions with nothing but genuine concern to ensure my experience was completely satisfactory. A big tick.
