The installation quality was perfect and the back up service I got after the install was second to none. Fantastic service from start to finish. I recently moved into a house which had solar heating for the pool. I had it serviced by Noah from That Pool Heating a company and was made aware the system was old and what to watch out for should the system fail. Noah was professional, helpful and friendly. I enquired about an upgrade and Dee is so efficient, quick and helpful…every company needs a Dee! I received a quote and when I decided to proceed it was booked in quickly. Sam installed my new system. Sam was also super helpful, professional and friendly. The system definitely makes a huge difference compared to my old system. I would have liked somewhat better comms during quote and upto installation, but Sam, things worked out fine and on the day, did a seamless, installation with attention to details. That Pool Heating Company have just installed a solar heating system to my newly constructed pool and I could not be happier.  I used this company a few years ago for a solar system at my previous home and after such a great experience back then, I had no hesitation in using them again. I’m happy to say that the experience this time around was still top notch. Dee is a pleasure to deal with, and the installer was skilled, polite and professional. The solar technology has progressed much further than my last system – it’s only been a couple of weeks since the end of winter and we’re already swimming in our balmy warm pool! If you want to deal with a company that has integrity and still understands the importance of providing a very high level of customer service, then look no further. I highly recommend That Pool Heating Company.
