Nic and Dee offer exceptional service. They came out to service my Madimack Pool heater, found a fault, sorted the part under warranty and we’re back within a week to repair it. Reasonable price and very helpful. They are now my chosen pool heater parts and service providers.

Can't speak more highly of my experience with "That Pool Heating Company". Their quote to replace my solar pool heating system was very competitive. The installation quality was perfect and the back up service I got after the install was second to none. I can highly recommend Nick and Dee to anyone looking to add or upgrade their pool heating equipment. Mick - Toowoomba

Fantastic service from start to finish. I recently moved into a house which had solar heating for the pool. I had it serviced by Noah from That Pool Heating a company and was made aware the system was old and what to watch out for should the system fail. Noah was professional, helpful and friendly. I enquired about an upgrade and Dee is so efficient, quick and helpful…every company needs a Dee! I received a quote and when I decided to proceed it was booked in quickly. Sam installed my new system. Sam was also super helpful, professional and friendly. The system definitely makes a huge difference compared to my old system. An absolutely brilliant company with great staff and a great product…I highly recommend their services.

Great service from day one, the system is so easy to use and the temperature has gone up by 3 degrees in under 2 days. I can’t thank these people enough. A big thank you to Sam and Dee. No pressure sales and an easy install. You can tell they are a family company.

The team from That Pool Heating Company were great to deal with from start to finish and got my 15 year old system back up and running in a couple of hours. Sam was very knowledgeable [and brave climbing up the ladder 2.5 storeys to access the solar!] Highly recommend

I would have liked somewhat better comms during quote and upto installation, but Sam, things worked out fine and on the day, did a seamless, installation with attention to details. The products supplied are quality as well. Pool is now finally frequented by the kids.
Thank you Dee and Sam.

That Pool Heating Company have just installed a solar heating system to my newly constructed pool and I could not be happier. I used this company a few years ago for a solar system at my previous home and after such a great experience back then, I had no hesitation in using them again. I’m happy to say that the experience this time around was still top notch. Dee is a pleasure to deal with, and the installer was skilled, polite and professional. The solar technology has progressed much further than my last system – it’s only been a couple of weeks since the end of winter and we’re already swimming in our balmy warm pool!
If you want to deal with a company that has integrity and still understands the importance of providing a very high level of customer service, then look no further. I highly recommend That Pool Heating Company.
